I am doing this assignment for a not for profit organisation a pro bono basis and would appreciate if I could get a good infographic based on the concept below

The design will be published on the web & the annual report of the organisation.

I am looking at 2 designs, the 1st one is a subset or smaller version of the final one.

The organisation has a small hospital which helps in patient and out patient. This has to be at the core of the design. This is the heart. To further expand on the geographical reach, small OPD in other hospitals and link centres will be established. Further there will be volunteers to take it further to home care.This is the 1st phase and will be under the broad title of demonstrate

The next phase is National coverage indwell include Educate & grow and Amplify & Facilitate

This covers the subset.

Then I need to convey that this will work on a platform of Funding and within the organisation Processes, Cost Control, Culture & Efficiency. That will complete the final image.

I have attached 2 images as my amateur attempt to convey more what I want to project. I would like see an image which uses colour in a nice way (not too much of colour) and also enable the reader to visualise the meaning without any explanation.

Have attached another visual to aid... Thought the circles could be a the top of a table and the pillars could be the legs of the tabe top.. If it can be drawn nicely..
