I am publishing a printed newspaper advert (5 by 11 cm and 300 ppi). I want to improve the attached image in the following ways:
1) Increase contrast and eliminate pixelation at the top part (the depicted website window).
2) Increase size of Arabic text (in website address bar)
3) Eliminate the black background patches in the middle
