We are looking to create a set of illustrations for a number of exercises - similar to the ones attached - but our own version to illustrate these same movements/exercises - trap bar deadlift, hand release/t push-up, hanging knee tuck, overhead ball toss, sprint/kettlebell carry/sled drag, and running. The illustrations should provide a visual direction on how to perform the exercise - showing the movement standard - such as the beginning and the ending positions when applicable.

We wish for it to be all male, the color scheme to remain neutral with a military feel, the style there is fine, but open to alternatives. It needs to be strong, the movements clear and speak to performance and strength.
