I am looking for a Landing Page for the website www.omgleak.com. The Landing page should be compatible with WordPress. I can make the page functional.

The contest is for $30...Plus I will tip up to an additional $25 to the winner (up to $55.00 Total available)

The landing page should: be 1 page only as the focus is on filling out the form or the click-to-call feature

1. Have a location to collect info: Name, number, email, type of service (Dropdown)....fill out we will call you right back type of thing.

2. Have a button on the page for a "Click-to-Call" button....so I can set up a click-to-call feature on WordPress directly from the webpage.

3. The page should reflect our current designs/characters included. These ads were made from our last contest. I would like to keep the same feel/style...

4. The Main Focus is on Water Heater conversions but show we do other services as well somehow.......

5. Open to ideas for layout/template etc.....if I see something I like I will give direction for edits.
