We need an Award Certificate designed that can be printed on an A4 size paper. It should have the logo on it. If you can design this certificate in html with 3 lines to enter Name, Category and Year, that would be awesome. The text font is in Montserrat. There should be two variations for the certificate. One with Black background and gold logo on it and one with White background and black logo on it. The final design should have the Logo at the top with Honoring Excellence in Technology in the middle and 3 blank lines for entering Name, Category and year.

    The final design should have the Logo at the top with "Honoring Excellence in Technology" text in the middle and 3 blank lines at bottom for entering Name, Category and year. No need to add Certificate and other text.
