1st Step is in home page (It will welcome the customers)
2nd step checkout page (will ask customers, is there anything else, and point some offers)
3rd step order complete page (It will thank customer for their custom and will wait next time or see you next time)
4rd step Customer Support page (it will mirror we are happy to help our customers)

I started with human like figure. He is very friendly and helpful.
It is a little manga influenced as it is the trend and I emphasize on the expressive gestures.
