We are a startup We are a fresh and innovative startup looking for a logo. We are called DevMonki, and we provide web and software development for business clients. We are looking for a logo with a modern, minimalist design, suitable for corporate use.

The logo will be used on the banner of the website, as well as for letterheads, email footers, and other company branding.

The brief is therefore as follows:
- Choose a key colour for company branding
- Develop a logo that works at a range of sizes and on different backgrounds
- Develop a logo that provides a distinct company identity
- Develop/use a font layout with the company name, with an appropriate colour scheme and style

Imagery may be included, however, we wish to be taken seriously by potential clientele and so cartoon style, or clip-art, is to be avoided.

The preferred colour palette will be the key colour (of your choosing), black, white, grey, and/or transparent, however, more creative palettes will be considered if the logo meets the serious nature of the business in an engaging fashion.

The deliverable for consideration as an entry should include:
- An image file of the proposed logo design

The final deliverable for the successful entry should include:
- An SVG or PSD file of the logo design
- Copyright transfer of the logo design from yourself to us

We are a rapidly growing company that will require graphics designs in the future for the design of our products and for our clients. The winning entry may be eligible for a continued freelance contract in this nature if they so wish.
