Design a Logo for bizMan98 iNNovations

My logo idea

Dear Sir/Madam. This is my idea for your logo.I try to connect words with number (9 with "v" in "iNNovations" and 8 with "a" in "bizMan". I test the logo in two dark backgrounds: black and grey. I hope you like my idea. If it is something wrong in the design or colours, please comment below and I will fix it asap ^^ Thanks for giving me a chance :)
