We need a logo for a company called Richter Bros. Capital Group. Richter Bros. Capital Group is a private equity firm that focuses on commercial real estate.

The client is looking for something very elegant and luxurious. Their clients are very wealthy, so the logo must be appealing to that subset of society. The client likes the idea of a typography-based logo, but we have convinced them they need some sort of symbolism. Something that creates a brand for their company. Maybe consider a concept that falls somewhere in between. Again, the brand must fit the client. We’re looking for something that speaks to what the firm specializes in, private equity for commercial real estate, but at the same time nothing overstated. We’re not looking for a generic logo with commercial real-estate clip-art. Think powerful, elegant, luxurious, and high class. Please heed the below directions as well.

The logo should be aesthetically pleasing in both small and large sizes, in a variety of mediums, such as web, print, and signage. It also must look good on both light and dark backgrounds, and in black and white (one color printing). The logo concept must include a horizontal and vertical layout. The logo should also be artistically balanced, meaning the logo should seem "balanced" to the eye - no one part should overpower the rest. All artwork/concepts must be in vector format.
