For a to be developed project (website) I'm looking for a logo design + the design of an avatar that can be used on the site.

The site is called Kiroku which is Japanese for archive. Japan is known for their making order in chaos. For example the famous Marie Kondo. The purpose of the site is to have a cleaned up overview of all contracts and insurences are person has. In stead of keeping this info in a shoebox or somewhere in a mail archive this site helps you to order that info and make it easy to quickly find it back.

There is no design for the site yet so this will be the first direction to get a design. For that I'm looking for someone who can create the logo and an avatar that will be used to help the user out on the website. This avatar will be used on several pages to explain stuff.

Winner of the contest delivers the logo + avatar in several formats (like JPG, PNG, PSD etc).

Please don't enter standard manga like designs that can be found on several cheap logo sites. I really need a "one-off" design.
