**Many designers are not reading the entire description and are not looking at the samples I've attached. Anyone who does not read the instructions or view the samples will be immediately disqualified. I'll be able to tell very quickly if you are not following instructions. **Looking for designers, not people who can use a font and type. Show your design skills! Show how you follow instructions!

I'm looking for 3 designers to join my team. Top winner will get the prize, but the next two runners up could also get a long term gig.

They will all be designers who can do logo design, brand creation*, ebooks (inside and out as well as 3d covers), social media covers, business card design, digital product design and many other things that clients may need.

The right candidates would be hired on a project basis (thus paid for the project, not for the hours worked) as clients come in.

Currently, I have 4 clients looking for brand creation (includes logo, icon, favicon, fonts, colors, 3 background patterns, social media cover images, business card design, and letterhead) and one that needs ebook design, product design and a few other designs created asap. I also have a waiting list of clients, so there will be plenty of work.

Requirements:
- unlimited revisions
- all completed files provided in all formats for print and web upon completion
- must be fast to reply and complete the work. (I won't work Sundays at all, ever. I'm on MT in the US) and try not to work Friday or Saturday either, but will depending on the client.)
- must be able to follow instructions in English
- must be a team player
- must be willing to sign a non-disclosure and non-compete contract for up to 2 years
- no guarantee of hours or projects, but you have my promise that I will get you as much work as I can
- you are free to work with other clients while on my team until I get enough work to hire you as an employee

FIRST PROJECT FOR THE CONTEST: LOGO & BRAND CREATION

Looking for a logo for Gobs of Marketing, LLC (my company)
We do sales funnels, branding, and webdesign. I'm also a speaker and trainer about these topics.

The clients I work with are mostly health coaches, life coaches, fitness coaches, and other online businesses. My business is marketing for these type of clients.

Focus on the word Marketing! Not the word Gobs!

I've attached images that I like:

Images are of brand board ideas:

Image 1 - I like the fonts, but not the colors, I like the style of the images and the patterns

Image 2 - I like the fonts and colors, not the peach color. I don't like the patterns, too modern

Colors 1, 2, and 3 I love these colors and the images

Fonts 1 - I like the top 3 images

I do not like orange! See the colors that I do like above and in the images.

I've also attached a FB cover image that I like to show style.

** I will be checking all designs to be sure they are unique. Not looking for someone who can duplicate. Looking for 3 people who can be unique.

WHAT I EXPECT:

Logo, logo variations (up to 3 if possible) & Icon design
Brand Style Guide created with colors, fonts, patterns, and other you feel would help (Make the style guide your own, don't do it exactly like the ones that I'm sending)

Rejected without feedback is when the designs do not meet the requirements. It's easy to tell who has read the requirements and who has not at immediate glance... example. I specifically say I do not want orange. If no instructions are read there is no feedback.

I'm a designer as well, so something that's just the words in a font will automatically be rejected. READ and LOOK at my post and attachments or get rejected. I don't want it sealed because you can learn from what others have done and that have been rejected or gotten low stars.
