Dear Contest Holder,
Can I use Adobe Photoshop to make the design. And if possible please increase the contest prize a bit little as Freelancer will deducts 5 USD before 50 USD prize money so definitely I will have less than 5AUD. I hope you will consider my word and provide me the opportunity to work on your project.
