Hi, really interesting project. I have started work on this. Do we need to consider some maximum inclination \ overhang while designing? Is there a possibility of using support pillars? Maybe the supports can be incorporated in the final design as an artistic choice

maximum recommended overhang is 45 degrees, using support pillars is a good idea!

I uploaded the CAD of the robot to the project details, this should help better illustrate the range of motion that is possible.

This printer is too complex. It's incapable of constructing roofs for homes due to issues with the momentum of the robot's arc

this is true, it is incapable of printing the entire roof and will require a separate section, sky light, or sun roof to be installed at the very top.

Use of AI is ok as long as you can provide a 3D model

be careful sir Whether someone uses AI in an architectural design competition or not, they are a fake architect. This competition is for architects. If not, try other contests where AI is allowed. Be careful, they scam you with artificial intelligence, I know which users use AI
