We are in the process of converting an existing office building into micro apartments. The common area for these apartments needs to be very nice given that the apartments themselves are quite small. We have detailed floor plan and criteria on the attached document. The deliverable for the project would be a three 3d rendering of the common area. The winner may be asked to make some small tweaks to the final delivered product. If you have any questions let me know.
