We need to create an office floor plan layout using the following existing plan

The office needs to have at least:

- a semi-private desk labeled CH with at least 60 sq ft
- a semi-private desk labeled GC with at least 60 sq ft
- a semi-private office with room for 2/3 people labeled REP with at least 100 sq ft
- A private office labeled SIR with at least 100 sq ft (preferably enclosed and on the back for noise purposes)
- A private office labeled BC with at least 150 sq ft
- A private office labeled LM with at least 150 sq ft
- A conference room with at least 130 sq ft
- A reception / Receiving Area
- A workstation labeled AG
- Storage area for a small fridge and utility closet.

I apologize for the short notice but time is of the essence. We only need the plan no need for renders or anything else.
