Atention!
The work will be done fist in a development enviroment. So we need document the config and file changes to replicate them on production enviroment.
Modifications on site logo must be sended in .psd, .svg files too.

Instructions:
The site is a WordPress default instalation with Responsive Mobile version 1.4 from CyberChimps.

You can see it at http://dev.labnix.net:8080 (if you need get login with me)

Based in our logo, we need:

1) Create a site identity: Site colors (.css), Site logo (shadow, border, textures, effects, etc), creating a collor pallete.

2) Criate a defalut icon, based in our logo.

3) Update header, footer, top, left and right menus and what more you think can be done.

As responsive site, pages must be viewed in computers, tablets and cellphones

LabNix is a professional trainning organization focused at Inernet infrastructure area (Information Tecnology and Communication).

The customers will have access to a virtual and phisical enviroment, doing its training on the pratice (on hands).

NIX is the godness of the nigth in greek mitology. Must remember Unix, network and Internet in a innovation context.

The slogan "LabNix: A tecnologia da Internet" mens "Labnix: The Internet Tecnology."

I think in shades dark blue, orange, gray and black. But you are free to propose.

Menu and other text if images, must be .psd file with fonts to later translation to Portuguese.

The main page must be latest blog submits with Internet Tecnology Themes. Before the blog a section with courses.

Maybe, because language barriers I could not explain what I nedd.

I need a "visual identity" with good "logo work" and "color pallet". A good "visual identity".
The shades of blue, orange, gray (or black) could be changed.

I liked Raj Icons. Great job!

Only the first page must be developed.

The site must be responsive. The theme could be other free responsive theme, but I will not to pay other theme.

This is interesting but the price is lower than expected, developing and implementing the site should be more than $200 on it's own, i'll do an html/css mockup and upload later.

As I have read your other comments your site is for a start up, so I suggest a minimal design website, which is pretty much straightforward and is simple to navigate for the user.
