I need a Mock-Up WindowManager like xfce4 in HTML/JavaScript

The mockup should be in HTML/JavaScript and contain following :
1) Docker at the bottom with few elements (Hover effect)
2) DropUP Menu at the top-left corner
3) Div class for Desktop Icons
4) clock time/date and the right system tray bar
5) Floating Window inside the site which can be minimized and maximzed

The layout should look like the XFCE4 desktop manager.
