Hi. Needing an awesome designer who can create a design template for me for my business. It is a background design that other information is put over the top of, so the centre of the design needs a faded design, and the border can stand out more. I am looking for this to look similar to a newspaper, and am happy for old, even yellowed newsprint to be the focus, or something similar. My current design is attached, but need to make it more 'real'. These are for 'Day You Were Born' certificates, and this design is called 'Newspaper-style'. This is just for the background design...no headings/names/details need to be added as I have a program that does that. I do, however, need a heading across the top in an old newsprint style that reads 'The Birthday Post', just as thecurrent design does. I just need the design to go behind and around the information. This design needs to print to both A4, and also 275mm (high) x 200mm (wide), editable, and be in a bmp format please.
