Create a logo/favicon for my website

I want a logo for my website: http://www.squareelite.com. It's a gaming website for mainly RPG type games published by Square Enix. Some of their titles are Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, Dragon Quest and Tomb Raider.

I want to incorpate a few symbols from various game titles into the logo. I've uploaded the symbols. You may use all symbols or your own that you find on the web but 3 are required (kh symbol, ff symbol, and dq symbol). I've also done some quick sketches to give you some idea of what I'm looking for. You can use the general idea or not. That's up to you.

I would like the .psd for the logo as well as various sizes. Sizes:
256 X 256
128 X 128
56 X 56
32 X 32
16 X 16
