Create a kick-ass modern looking pop-up Div / lightbox based on the new Microsoft fluid design (http://fluent.microsoft.com/) using CSS and HTML 5 with a fallback for older browsers (IE8). Alternatively you can use a flat design approach.

It will replace our existing pop-up DIV at http://santu.com/en/designers/

The pop-up must look uber-cool and modern. it must be lifted off the background.

The area of the page not covered must be adjusted to ensure all focus is on the pop-up window when it appears.

It must work across all major browsers and must have a fallback mode for older browsers.

Interaction must be simple and obvious (Close Window, Scroll). Function must rule the design.

On mobile devices it must switch to full screen.

On desktops it must grow in height as content is added until it reaches 90% of the screen height. Then user must scroll.

It must be lightweight.

We are using some color classes and background in our current pop-up which can be adjusted via our backend - so please maintain these.

Note the current behaviour of the pop-up on desktop and mobile devices.
