I am writing a book called

Title: "The Virtuous Circle"
Sub-Headline: "How to Start and Maintain a Success Cycle"

This is a self improvement, and motivational book. The content of the book is along the lines of material from Sean Whalen, Gary Vaynerchuk, and MJ DeMarco.

I do not have a concept for the visual imagery of the cover, so use your imagination freely.

Below is copy for the back cover (this will be expanded on and revised - this is to be used just for visual at this point).

Finished work should be provided as .psd file and submitted with download file of all fonts used, etc.

About Drew
Drew Farnese is a real estate entrepreneur who got an early start in business and fatherhood. Having his first child at 21 years old was the start of a journey towards success through failure and heartache. Starting by “accidentally” flipping a single house eventually turned into a large scale real estate operation specializing in flipping, land lording, wholesaling and educating others about freedom through real estate.
