I am looking for an experienced Civil Engineer or Architect to create a comprehensive site master plan for a new commercial land development project. The land is 12.06 acres and its intended use includes retail shops, a hotel, and a restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and design the layout of the project.
- Consider zoning and land use requirements for the commercial buildings.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Previous experience in commercial land development with a focus on retail, hospitality.
- Understanding of local land development codes and regulations.

Need the following:
- Retail spaces in front (~4 acres)
- Pharmacy Store in the corner (1.37 acres)
- Hotel 1 (1.8 acres)
- Hotel 2 (2 acres)
- Water Retention in the back corner (2 acres)

- I-69 Exit 219 is a very promising location, based on Township’s Development Plan
- There are few development happening in the east side, mainly in the east side of the highway.
(Starbucks, 3 Rivers Bank, Wolfies Grill, Subway Restaurant, McDonald’s Restaurant, GetGo Gas Station, Community Hospital, BP Gas Station)
