We are a small real estate investment company in MIAMI, FL looking for some assistance in different areas. We have been in business for over 8 years now. We buy and sell real estate, and we also have our real estate license where we help people list their properties. Responsibilities & Duties: Cold Caller - will cold call leads in our pipeline for a minimum of 6 hours a day. We use an auto dialer called Mojo Dialer. Lead Manager - will manage leads inside of our CRM system called podio. Managing leads consist of calling prospects who called into our company, responding to text messages, responding to voicemails, etc. Acquisitions Manager - will make offers, submit offers, & get deals under contract. We are looking for a person who can wear many different hats inside of our real estate company. Qualifications: Strong communication skills Organized MUST HAVE Real estate experience Cold calling experience mandatory Pay: $5 - $10 an hour depending on experience plus bonus Starting off this position will be 30 hours a week How to apply?
