Résumé du concours

I need to create a handwritten logo and the front face of coffee packaging.
This will be a premium coffee, the grains comes from Honduras.
The logo should be only with typography.
The name of the brand is: El Carreto
I will be printing the packaging in one or two colors, no more and the color of the bag will be black. (Attached a reference of size and proportions)
The look and feel should be artesanal and modern.
Im attaching 2 design examples I like.
If you wish you can add to your design some local elements from the country (patterns, color etc).

UPDATE:
I´m uploading references of the kind of lettering I want for the logo in the pack.
Please also note that the logo should be in a black bag similar to file pack.jp
Also If you are going to follow the design of ref2, you can use the te following text as part of the design:

"La Leona Concepción"
"Sabores Frutales"
