I need a modern, catchy and low budget(USD.2000 Or Uganda shillings 7 million) design for the front of my building. The building has eight shops. I want the space to be usable too (EXTENDED THE HOUSE BY FIVE FEET INTO THE VERANDAH SO THE VERANDAH WILL BE 4 FEET). My wish modify it and i am ready for anything new. I also have a challenge of water drain from the road as seen. The building name is simply NDS i need to know the water flow from the roof
i will ask from you the plan and the materials needed e.g. the beams and slabs etc so that i can easy explain to my engineer
would like to inform you that this is a busy place cars are always parked in front
behind there are rooms covering a space of 150ft. so please put that into consideration
I have attached a picture of #boss which has my sketch of the idea I have though very open to any great, beautiful and low budget design
Height of the house is 4.08m or 13.5ft
I intend to make it between 4.5m
I wish someone would give me the number of bricks, cement and sand needed
The door size is 2m by 1.5m
the front is 10ft from the wall but i want to extend the wall by 5ft with the rooms remaining 10ft wide AND verandah 4 feet
