would like support with updating the design and then implement it for a simple website.
The purpose of the website is to market, invite and connect people to a meditation movement called "Intentions Meditation".
The design should be be implemented in Wordpress or similar platform.

2) February 13th 18:00 to 21:00 - Free from different schemas
3) February 20th 18:00 to 9:00 p.m. - Integrate with ACT
4) April 17, 18:00 to 21:00 - Long-term well-being
Distance course through the web tool Zoom. You join with you computer from home and connect to other participants on the course through the Web. Price 180 USD.
1) March 13, 19:00 to 21:00 - Meditate with intentions
2) March 20, 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. - Free from schemas
3) March 27, 19:00 to 21:00 - Integrate ACT
Please note that the coding is included in the prize money. However, the full implementation do not need to be finished by the end of the contest date, but should be delivered within a week after the end of the contest. Would also like support with setting it up on our web hosting plattform.

MORE ABOUT THE METHODOLOGY
Past participants have reported noticeable effects on well-being after only 2 months of meditation with 3-10 minutes per day. The course is suitable both for those beginners or those who have meditated before and are curious to try something new.
Intentions Meditation (IM) is a modern form of meditation that is designed to promote personal development and well-being, based on last year's insights in neuroscience, adult development, the third wave of CBT (ACT) and motivational psychology. The technology is available to everyone and you can meditate in as little as 3 minutes per day.
The purpose of Intentions Meditation is becoming more integrated as an individual and feel more joy, meaning and ease in everyday life. This by both accept it as is right now, while constantly dare to take the step in a valued direction.
Preparation: Self-reflection on the web (15 minutes) classic exercise of leadership development with the mapping of values (value 50 USD).

ABOUT THE COURSE LEADER
January Artem Henriksson - has since 2008 held courses in leadership development among others at the Stockholm School of Economics, SSE Executive Education and Royal Institute of Technology. His academic background is in leadership and organizational development at the Stockholm School of Economics as well as in behavioral sciences with a focus on motivational psychology at Uppsala University.
Intentions Meditation (IM) aims to be a secular form of meditation and a modern approach that is open and constantly develop after input from evidence-based training and research.
