    Thanks guys, I received 57 entries, some are close to my expectation, need to spread the infos on separate pages, 4 to 6 pages. this flyer is digital, due to covid-19 we can not print and leave them at the property. so buyers only will have access on line. so think the best way to attract them design-wise. I think, one large picture showing the grandness of the property, maybe the front image and perhaps another medium- large images of the overhead view, the landscape, the living room, and then smaller images of kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, office.
    you can start with property location, address, price on the first page, then the property features, then the main points, why they should buy this property, then about Escondido, and finish with San Diego.
