Résumé du concours

See the attached, I need it to be more fluid and optimized to for a website. Improve it but DO NOT lose the art, don't change the art, just make it better. More smooth. You will likely need to add more inter-frames, and possibly need to illustrate the frames so that this is nice and clean. A full animation. So it's not so choppy. No fades or transitions needed, but more actual illustrated frames.
