I need four ads designed for ads that will be used for advertising on an industry website. Our firm is a commercial real estate mortgage brokerage company and we've purchased ad space on a real estate brokerage site that focuses on the buying and selling of hotel properties. Here's the sizes of the ads needed. I need one ad per size for a total of four.

Banner Ad: 728px by 90px

Scyscraper Ad: 160px by 600px

Box Ad (web): 336px by 280px

Box Ad (email): 200px by 100px

Each ad that runs needs some copy so here are some samples, although if you have ideas I happy to review (just remember that we provide financing for the purchase of hotels)

Sample copy 1: Bridge loans for hotel purchases!

Sample copy 4: Hotel acquisition and development financing!
Sample copy 5: Debt and Equity for hotel rehabs!

Attached is our company logo. I think incorporating it into the ad is a good idea
