Hello

We would like an advertisement created for our new mobile application and web portal called CMR Insurance Online. We would like to incorporate our company logo (attached). We would like it to say "Coming Soon - CMR Insurance Mobile". We would like it to also say 24/7 Online Access to Your Insurance Information" and also say "Pink Cards, Payments Coverages and more". You don't have to use the other three images I have included but I give those as a reference. It would be nice if it included a cell phone picture or computer screen. I would like two different advertisements. One that can go on facebook as a cover photo and one that is regular legal paper size.
