  Hi, pls review #3 , the small icons at the bottom are for the 12 applications. The active icon is highlighted when the carousel rotates to that particular application. The user can also click the icons or the arrows at the side to change.

  preferably in html5 or silverlight. if you know silverlight or html5, would be really helpful for creating the carousel. however psd is fine too if the design can be implemented in silvelight later on.
