Also make the top header background colr red/blue/grey to match with our logo. I like how the colors blend. If you could just add grey that might look good.

I like it. Some suggestions, WELCOME TO UTAH should have same bold font for all letters. Middle image should show more of the actual person. Maybe consider shading around images? So that they are not seamed on next to other. Thank you for the submission!
