Develop a Logo and Theme colors/style for an online publisher / expert platform

  Really nice what you have done and totally different from what we have received so far! The logo is calm, original and has the elements of connected to the business. Would it be possible to replace the top text with the following: "Belastingen van het Rijk worden geheven uit kracht van een wet" (all in capital)? Also, are there any color's you'd suggest? We have seen a few with colors so far and dark green and dark purple appeal to us (blue is no option since others in our field use it a lot). Best regards,
