Mockup with client side QR code generation
This mockup works as requested by Unobi. It has some benefits: - maxlength control over inputs - autocorrection on the first field to uppercase - uses Twitter Bootstrap for styling - autofocus on load - QR code generation client side You can check it online here: http://conan.muriandre.com/freelancer/contests/unobi/ I assumed account_id is what you use to get the email (but that can be changed once I get to know database schema). I've created 3 test users with account ID and mail: asdfASDF1234 should give asdf@example.com qwerQWER1234 should give qwer@example.com zxcvZXCV1234 should give zxcv@example.com for you to try out. My code it's not obfuscated, so you can check it out and see there's a real AJAX request going and not some hard-coded solution. Also, I offer you to make the integration in your site at no extra cost, provided there're no extra or hidden tasks not described in the contest brief.
