     The rating was given before we knew it was copyrighted, we noticed because other has pointed it out same way you did!
     the only reason we did not reject the design was for other to see something we liked and maybe they could get some idea, that design nor the artist are going to win the contest as I`m sure he knew he used a copyrighted material.

  We would like to thanks everyone that has submitted designs for us to evaluate.
  A few things to keep in mind
  - the fonts used have to be quickly and clearly readable.
  - would like a logo where the name ( La Excelencia ) is the main focus instead of Barbershop.
  - the logo has to incorporate graphics that would let people to know that it is a BarberShop with out having to read the words.
  - the logo has to be easily implementable on to business cards, window decal, banners, letter head, and so on.....
