Hi there, thanks for this - I have a quick question... with the "name" field you've entered R/O which sits below the "name" identifier - whereas the other fields sit on the line - is the vision that as these details are completed that the field identifier repositions tot the top? I like that you've chosen to have the data fields all within one cell - more other submissions have each field in a cell which can make the screen a little messy... well done!

sir i show in this name field user click any field so placeholder part going to top side and create name like name field also other field same position
