Project Achievement: 2009: Increase E-10 liquid ring vacuum pump performance, and then setup a new standardization to maintain the performance with simple air flow measuring device using pitot tube concept. 2010: Reduce dust contamination in air (for cement and fly ash) on top of the silos when raw material charging, by installing dust collector and cyclones in the system. 2011: Increase stacking machine speed from 17 to 15.5 sec/cycle. Reduce amount of moving parts and hydraulic modification involved. 2012: Increase speed to changing device with Single Minute Exchange of Die (SMED) concept. Pilot project is replacing vacuum pump unit from 2.5 hours to be 15 minute(s). 2013: Build effective device for recycling fiber cement waste to be additive material for fiber cement product.
