7+ years of graphic design experience. Experience with vector and photo retouching programs (illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver). Strong knowledge of computer skill(Ms office, others media&graphic application, and system maintenance.,etc.). I also have experience in building web layouts based on the market definitions by the clients. On the other hand, I have 13 years experience with customer service. I started as a Technical Support Engineer and have ultimately been promoted to customer care Manager. With this, I have developed a wide range of skills, such as technical tutoring, customer complaint dealing with, key account and client management, strong communication skill with client and customer. Now, I am a full time freelancer graphic designer, my main professional objectives are to seek the opportunities to develop challenging projects and help small/medium businesses to stand out from the crowd with outstanding designs.
