Precision Modeling For Production

Expert in Inventor and F360 with 4 years of experience and can deliver drawings for production, DXF, STP, renderings and IPT/F3D. Advanced FEA experience Familiar with all Autodesk CAD and SOLIDWORKS. Can use other programs as needed. In the past I have helped my clients drive down costs by suggesting alternative manufacturing methods as well as improving the design. Primarily I specialize in CAD design for CNC, sheet metal, blow molding, and injection molding. My fabrication services are focused on FDM 3D printing in PETG, PLA, CPE, TPU, TPE, ABS, ASA, PVA, and Nylon. In special cases I also have a sheet metal shop and milling machines with my team. Usually we make sheet metal parts for our race cars but can make parts for clients. It is my passion to turn imagination into reality one part at a time.

Client needed an affordable omni wheel to use on their stair climbing cart. The wheels ride on stainless rods and are made on a dual material machine with an igus iglide filament in the center and a TPU shell. The dual material parts are barreled to insure the outer shell never falls off and a specific TPU was chosen that would weld to the iglide filament.

Client needed a quick and easy way to ensure the wicks for their candles were placed perfectly every time.

A client's son might have misplaced one of the covers to his favorite kayak. So I made a custom one out of aluminum for him. It was finished with black truck bed liner and a 3D printed handle was made out of black CPE for salt and UV exposure. It was attached using 304 stainless hardware. Guides were made in the handle so that the cover would be permanently attached to the straps.

Replacement Cover for old Kayak
For this project I took a fully featured autocad model of the machine and used it to create a multi-part 3D printable model. In this case the client wanted it to be weighted and stickers to be added with the company logo as well as an engraved brass plaque with the name and title of the award winner. I cannot share the photo of the finished model for obvious reasons.

The client liked the middle, the light tan wood bottom the best.
