Profile as an Entrepreneur My dad always told me to have my business, maybe that's words makes me become a serial entrepreneur. I've created 5 startups, and nowadays only 2 are still active: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]. As an entrepreneur you must know when to get off the boat and when to keep rowing. Profile as a Senior Full stack developer I've been working as a software developer since 2002, when frameworks don't exist, and you've to write code for everything. That's why I code without using frameworks like symfony, laravel, cakephp; I love to try and use new frameworks or tools in my projects; I try to do each project special and different from the last one. In my beginning I was only a backend developer, then when I worked for agencies, I discovered the frontend developer and when smartphones were exploited I became a mobile developer. My worlds is related with open source and web technologies (hybrid mobiles, linux based languages, open source frameworks, communities) Profile as Product Owner Since 2003, when I created VOUSYS, I've been forced to become a project manager and a product owner for my projects, because I had to create roadmaps, database structures, define, assign and follow progress of task created for remote and freelance developers, understand what clients need and discuss it with remote freelance designers, talk to stakeholders and sysadmins. I've been learning day by day about this hard work, reading a lot of books, doing courses and webinars to improve my job. I've discovered a new world where I can mix my knowledge as a software developer, analyst, UX lover and entrepreneur, always with new and fresh ideas. A resume of my task as a product owner includes: Have meetings with customers and stakeholders to collect new features and enhancements, scope, prioritize and feed these into the roadmap. Define the budget Write meeting summaries Prioritize product requirements by PKI, cost and ROI Create mind maps and discuss it with my team in a daily meeting. Define the roadmap and the backlog Write the system analysis of the project. Create wireframes of the project, using sketch and wireframesketcher, applying my UX knowledge. All of them are validate it with my team before present it to stakeholders Define the database architecture, server and security infrastructure, and domains related stuffs Create sprints for each team member Track and assist the execution of product roadmaps, development schedules and product designs Daily meetings (10-15 mins max) with team members Test the development of each sprint according to the customer requirements Talk with stakeholders and / or their system administrators to deliver the pass to production. I'm also an UX Lover and I'm obsessed with cybersecurity. I'm compromised with this 2 fields in all of my developments.
