Roles & Responsibility SAP MM Implementation: I responsible for implementing and configuring the SAP MM module to meet the specific requirements of the organization. This includes setting up master data, defining organizational structures, configuring procurement processes, and integrating MM with other SAP modules. Procurement and Purchasing: I well-versed in procurement processes, such as purchase requisition creation, purchase order processing, request for quotation (RFQ), vendor evaluation, and contract management. I ensure that procurement activities are carried out efficiently, considering factors like pricing, delivery terms, and vendor selection. Inventory Management: I manage inventory and stock levels in the organization, including goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, physical inventory, and valuation. I responsible for optimizing inventory levels, implementing strategies for stock optimization, and ensuring accurate inventory reporting. Material Valuation and Pricing: I have knowledge of material valuation methods in SAP, such as standard price, moving average price, and actual costing. I handle pricing procedures, condition types, and pricing conditions, ensuring accurate calculation of material costs. Master Data Management: I proficient in managing master data related to materials, vendors, and purchasing info records. This involves maintaining data integrity, resolving data discrepancies, and ensuring data consistency across the system. Integration with Other Modules: I have experience in integrating the SAP MM module with other SAP modules like SAP FI (Financial Accounting), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), and SAP WM (Warehouse Management). I collaborate with other consultants to ensure seamless data flow and process integration across modules. Support and Troubleshooting: I provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing and resolving functional issues, system errors, and process bottlenecks. I also perform system enhancements, apply patches and upgrades, and conduct testing and validation of system changes. Business Process Improvement: I actively participate in business process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for optimizing procurement and inventory management processes, streamlining workflows, and enhancing overall system efficiency.
