Hi Freelancers, This is me on a plate: I consider myself to be an all-rounder. I am a Virtual Assistant residing in VIC, Australia. The beauty of a VA is there aren't any overheads and you can choose where to work anywhere in the world, with great flexibility. Many of my clients are clients with small businesses, many who are too overwhelmed with their daily administrative duties and tasks of their businesses and cannot concentrate on what they do best. I am here to help with that. I have 10 years experience in allied health administration, small business admin, used to be a wedding planner and bookings events personnel of about 5 years, managed logistics of expos and events, and now run 2 successful entrepreneurial business that I have set up from scratch. I am also a mum and recognise work-life balance. You need to love what you do and I am a strong believer of that! My main specialty is in allied health practice management and administration but not limited to. CRM management software I am proficient in range from Power Diary, Halaxy, Cliniko, Praktika, etc. and always happy and quick to learn other software where needed. I have a typing speed of 80-90 words per minute. I know my way around the keyboard and believe to have excellent research capabilities using the WWW. I have exceptional Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint (all versions). I love doing odd jobs from administrative tasks, organising important dates / events, undertaking travel bookings, customer service, typing out documents, secretarial work, etc. I am highly organised and responsive. I am always up for a challenge and work to deadlines. I pride myself to work with efficiency and dedication and produce quality results. I also bring flexibility and full dedication to any project.
