This is a desktop application which is hosted on Terminal server for access to all client branches. There are basically five main modules which are Interpreter, Customer, Assignment, User and product. Main objective of the assignment module is to give appropriate interpreter for an assignment to the customer, based on geo graphical area nearest to the customer, languages he/she knows, interpreter ratings, interpreter availability for the particular day and timings, last used interpreters by the customer and so on. Assignment maintains the information about the customer, customer contact person, communication history like SMS, Email and FAX, selected interpreters, and many more.
