Ledesma Client Services is an independent home-based call center located in Jaro, Iloilo City Philippines 5000. It started its operations February 1, 2011 catering short term cold calling projects to find a good niche. Owner and president is Arthur P. Ledesma. Our Facility: There are 10 fully operational computers with good headsets and web camera’s inside a 180 square feet office area. Operations are also supported with a backup power supply in case of occassional power shortages. Call recordings are also available upon client request. Skype is used for calling and unlimited plan for US, Canada and Australia is provided. Our Agents: Only trained and highly competitive agents are selected to work for the clients. Current team members have at least 2-6 years of calling experience in the same field. Coming from different BPO companies in the Philippines, these agents are versatile and trained to be able to speak with CEO’s, presidents, VP of sales, office managers, owners and even residential customers.
