As an established outlet we were looking for a total new look with a complex brief. Tim has managed to full fill the brief in an effortless manner on and above our demands. Usually we struggle to find anyone that can jump on and take to the reigns with out hours of pointless meetings and with out frustration brewing on all sides. We are demanding. If it is going to be done (not one for change) then it needs to be done properly and with as little disruption to a busy office as possible. My main hesitation with using anyone out of our area of, out of London is convenience for our business. While Tim is not local to us all work has been managed remotely with out any hassle and with out holding up our daily work. So far we have had our logo, social mediaand fashion photoshoots, picture editing, business cards, stationary and flyers produced by Tim. More work has been contracted for the future. Tim is now an integral part of our business and as a result we have noticed that sales have increased which is what it is all about for an online retailer. We trust Tim with our stock which can often be valuable; he works well to deadlines and will only ask for our time if he thinks he can add benefit to the table. What ever we need he just ‘gets it’ and will do all he can to make it perfect for us, and perfect for him. I had a little bit of an idea of what I wanted; to take my business to the next level and Tim has taken my idea and run with it. We are currently working on the finished product but I am so pleased with the product and level of customer service. Genuine nice guy with brilliant ideas!\" \"Tim created a mini miracle on very little brief, essentially I asked for a new website header banner. I wasn\'t really sure on style, all I knew was the design I had in place needed to look more professional. Tim just \'got it\' and created exactly what the website needed - even I hadn\'t known that It needed it until I actually saw it In place. Tim is great at thinking about your brand and he has a natural \'knack\' of just knowing what to do, he also has the patience of a saint! In all my website has a new banner , logo, biz card design, and total home page re-vamp ! Oh and let\'s not forget the matching Facebook profile image. I can 100% recommend Tims work!\"
