A GIS/GPS Trainer and solutions provider. I develop customized solutions and provide training for small to large-sized companies. I specialize in .Net developing for handheld devices with interfaces to desktop applications. I have completed many projects offline for many clients and my applications are processing millions of dollars of transactions annually. After spending 6 years as an Instructor at a Forestry College I went into business for myself and have been doing that since 1998. I am very hands on and a perfectionist of sorts. Until you are 100% happy I am not satisfied. Some projects of mine: - Payment systems and wood flow programs (stump to mill) for forestry industry and government agencies - GIS/GPS systems. I design the system and create the management process for data flow to increase efficiency and reduce data error. - Forest inventory systems. From the in-field data collection software on handhelds to the compilation and processing software on the PC, I have developed scalable solutions for industry and educational institutions. My solutions included exporting to GIS software, such as ArcMap, where the user can visualize their data over their land base. I have not had a single disappointed client in my years of being a solutions provider. My diploma is in forestry and I have received extensive training through continuing education. Now for some truth. My formal education, while good, is nothing compared to what I have self-taught. All of my programming skills were obtained by graduating from the School of Hard Knocks.
