The Preppy Leopard Facebook Timeline
Both Facebook Timeline and blog header were commissioned for fashion blog The Preppy Leopard. For the Facebook redesign, both logo image and Timeline photo were needed. A standard Facebook Timeline template has been placed over the cover photo image to illustrate how the design functions on the page.
About Me
Hi, I'm Maggie. I'm an independent freelance designer from the Washington, D.C. area. I began my career in graphic design creating posters and album artwork for musicians in the local music scene. No two posters are alike, and I enjoy the freedom of creating something unique with every project. As I quickly gained a reputation for eye-catching designs and an attention to detail, my client base expanded outside of musicians and music venues. With my previous experience as a social media consultant to several companies and business, I combined my two passions one all encompassing vision for clients: social design. Social design goes beyond choosing a new Facebook cover photo and setting your company's logo as the default picture. I can design Facebook, Twitter and other social media pages to match existing company branding or I can start from scratch to design something new and exciting. Working together, we'll incorporate applications and custom tabs that give your users the overall best experience and most useful information while visiting your pages. We'll establish "social media guidelines" for engaging and interacting with customers through these platforms to ensure continuity of message and professionalism in communication. With all of these tools in place, it is very realistic that a client could maintain their social media presence without my continued support. However, given the ever changing nature of social media and the semi-regular redesigning these websites go through, most of my clients do chose to retain me for future revisions. Social media, while an exciting opportunity for your business, can also be overwhelming and confusing. I'm here to help. Let's get started today!
