I have recently spent the last year working on the Medicaid manuals for the Self-direction Option for participants on the Developmental disabilities waiver for the State of Idaho. I worked on every manula in this project, including the Support Broker's Manual, the Guide to Self-Directed Life, and the Policies and Procedures Manual for the Fiscal Employer Agent Acumen. Prior to this, I assisted in the research and review for the Request for Proposal for the FEA, which included cntacting other states with a self-directed program and researching triumphs and troubles experienced, as well as whether or not using Agency with Choice was an option for Idaho.
