Every company has faced the problem of having to deal and manage workers conflicts concerning vacations. We all know that managing this situation and achieving a perfect solution can be in many cases a complex equation. With GesFer all of these problems cease to exist. It relies on a credit and priority system to resolve vacations conflicts. How does it work? Workers schedule their vacations with a very basic and intuitive software. They can change / modify their degree of priority for a desired period (day or week). Higher degrees of priority can be reached by "investing" more credits. Every worker gets an equal ammount of credits and all changes are immediately comunicated to the group (via interation with IBM's Lotus Notes), thus allowing a fair and equal system. GesFer eliminates scheduling conflicts and reduces time invested in vacation managment to the minimum for each side (worker and group coordinator).
