the provider did not complete the project finding every time a different excuse and promising to make up on his mistakes. I send him different mails pointing to him different errors that were made but he did not do a single thing about them, avoiding every time the subject and finding excuses. he wasn't able to finish the project!!!

The provider didn't show any commitment to work, was not able to deliver what he committed and above all that didn't even bother to communicate as what the problem is and why he didn't deliver. It has been over 2 days since he has communicated, hence reporting his work as Incomplete.
